After the 30-day trial period expires, you will be billed based on the number of users in your WorkflowMax/Xero Practice Manager portal. To check how many users you have:

1. Sign in to WorkflowMax/Xero Practice Manager.
2. In the top menu, click Business, then click Settings.
3. Under General Settings, click Staff.
4. A list of your staff members will appear. The total number of users is indicated at the bottom right-hand corner of the table.
